Marti and Dan Wedding Day!

Congratulations to Marti Marie Joyer and Dan Platta!  They were married July 20th by the water on a beautiful MN summer day.  What a perfect day for an awesome couple!  They are both amazing, talented people with hearts full of joy and love.  Thank you to Marti and Dan for allowing me to be a part of this special day!  I am still working on edits but here are few fun moments from the day....

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Gratitude Photo Day 2

I missed a day due to crazy busy work.  Finally, onto day 2 of my gratitude photo project.  Today I would like to share how grateful I am for my amazing Twister Sister, Peggy Willenberg.  I can't even begin to explain in words how much she means to me.  Peggy is my soul sister.  She is one of the most incredible people I know.  Peggy is so beautiful (as you can see!), generous, creative, super smart, loving, thoughtful, the best writer I know, an incredible mother and wife, and so connected and in tune with animals and the earth.  She is truly the whole package and more! She has supported me through the best and the worst of times.  I can never express how extremely grateful I am for this wonderful woman in my life.  Thank you Peggy.  I love you!

Gratitude Photo Day 1

I've decided to do my own gratitude photo project and share one thing I'm grateful for each day. Today is the first day. I encourage you to take a moment each morning to stop and think about the small, wonderful things that make life amazing. Sometimes life can be so overwhelming and chaotic, causing negative thoughts and illness. I've struggled to overcome this and am working hard to see life for the miracle that it is, to appreciate every moment and face all challenges with a positive attitude. What a wonderful world this is....

Today I am grateful for the joy, laughter and love that my little pup Max brings to each day of my life. He enriches my life in so many ways. Thank you Max. You are amazing!

Monday Morning Mojo

It's Monday morning! The start of a new and exciting week filled with endless possibilities. I've finished my coffee and now it's time to tend to the endless task list. I'm looking forward to meeting up with Marti soon to talk about her wedding photos. July will be here before we know it!

Sunny Sunday Afternoon

Finally, the clouds parted and we saw some sun before the weekend was over! What a lovely Sunday afternoon in the yard with the pups. Stormy was keeping on eye on things...

Waiting on the Weather

Still waiting for the weather to warm up.  Can you believe with the wind chill the air felt like 27 degrees yesterday?  May 3rd?  Amazing.  It's supposed to climb into the 70's soon, thank goodness.  I have a stylized photo shoot setup with Jill Hyland on May 19th at the Renaissance Fairgrounds.  Should be lots of fun, as long as the weather is decent!  Looking forward to the shoot.
